Ok so yesterday I heard a slight knocking side that went away after a few minutes. But I also noticed my Oil gauge read 0 pressure. But I have been having problems with it giving false readings so I didnt think much of it. Then just little bit ago I started my car and it started to make a loud clicking knocking noise. I am thinking either oil pump or blown motor? Can someone direct me to a oil pump change guide? Or give me some idea of what I broke? Please!!! It is a 1989 GT 5.0.

I'll bet the oil pick-up came loose. I had it happen to me. Anyway you look at it it's bad. Pull the motor .
