Default Drag Radials lesson #1

stay off the throttle on wet roads. I managed to get sideways leaving the tire shop after having them installed. Was fun but not as fun when you do it by accident. Sideways in first, let off, shift into second, sideways again

lesson #2 I learned tonight now that the roads have dried off -

HOLY **** THESE THINGS MAKE YOU LAUNCH

pulling out of the gas station I decided to see if I could launch (keep in mind it's about 35 degrees on cold tires) I stomp it to near redline in first, hit second with NO SPIN. I've never shifted to second at over 4000 rpms without spinning. I look down and see i'm doing almost 60 in no time in a 30 zone and decide to calm down. I can't wait to hit the track with these babies on [sm=smokin.gif]

I've done that before...on accident though, not fun when you are not in control. I ended up sideways on a four lane road just by tapping the gas in 3rd going 30mph....be careful!! But the way my tires hook up is well worth it!!!!

If your not careful, you'll have nothing left for the track!
