How To Verify My Car??
ok here is the problem. i need to know if anyone knows of any websites that use the vin number to tell me if i actually have the car i think it is? preferably a site that wont cost me money.

Do a search for Ford Customer Service Division, get their telephone number, ask for the build sheet for your car. They will need the VIN. I did it for a 1993 I purchased. Took about two weeks. Interesting, the letter they sent me with the info does not have a phone number on it. I know I got the number through the Ford web site.

the number is 800 392 3673 .. i actually just called them a few weeks ago when i bought my car they were able to decode my vin for me .. tell me the day the car was produced .. all the original options it came with and some other stuff but id definately call them ... if you want to decode your vin really quick just do a google search for vin decoders .. good luck
