Roush CAI OR MAC???

Hey guys time to change my Stock 01 GT and gain some HP! What would give me the Best gains?And can I do it with out Throwing my car out of wack or hurting it? I am down to the Rouch CAI and the 75 MM Throttle Body or Should I go with the Mac CAI Which of these Systems will give me the best gains of HP and Torque? And Rember I am putting the 75 MM Throttle Body onto a Bone Stock 4.6 Liter 2V Engine! Give me your thoughts so I can Decide what system to go with!

I am Thinking about this kit from jlt . The mathc you paint color too. Gains are supposed to be very impressive on the cobras they tested. [IMG][/IMG]
