Default Buying mustang need advice

Hello I'm thinking about buying a 5.0 94 GT mustang 50k milesheres what the mods are.

racing stripes; flowmaster, basani exaust; zoom clutch; eibach springs lowered 2'; hurst shifter; 373 posi ford motor sport rearend; factory cobra hood; salene rear bumper; white faced cobra gauges; 17' cobra wheels. also new tires and brakes.

how much is this car worth? I don'tknow much about cars but i know that some of these mods are for looks and some for performance. how does some of these mods increase the performance? If i get this car, my other one will have to go sodo you think i could drive thismustang in the winter.

The only mods worth paying alittle more for are the gears/rear & the clutch.

I don't really know the book value for it, but I wouldn't pay more than 6-7k for it.

Not very well. Ask him if he has receipts...etc.

Do you want that car for the looks or performance?

I realy like the looks, but i would also like a fast car.

How many horses do you think that this car has?

Would this mustang be fast and perform goodor does all the mods just make it look like that?

Well we dont know theoverall condition of the car, but an average 94 gt books for about 5k, with low miles like that it would book for around 6k. Im with Dan dont pay more than 7k for it tops, you could always buy another for 4 - 5 k and do what mods you want.

i payed 6600 for my 95 gt it was a little too much but it is in perfect condtionand has 100k and a newly rebuilt engine. 7k is not too much to pay for that car 50K miles is very rare for a 94 mustang. the car probly has about 180-190 to the wheels and you will run about a 14.9 or so because of the rear end.

180-190 hp. i would have thought that this car would have more than that. Why would different rear end drain HP. Why did they put in this rear end? I can't beleive that the car i have now has more horses than this mustang.

Keep in mind, 94 & 95 was the worst year for 5.0's. HP numbers were low...

It's ironic how the 5.0's were the slowest V8's in an SN95...yet 4.6's are still frowned upon even when the latest make more hp than 5.0's ever did from the factory.

The reason why I asked if you wanted performance or looks...was for that reason If you were looking for a 1/4 mile car, for 7-8k you could pick up a highly modified SBC running under 13's that would most likely be fully restored, rather than paying 7-8k for a low 15 sec when you expected faster times and spent all your money buying it!!
