i bought the hypertech ford power module specifically for my year from summitracing.com. It gave me noticable torque a little hp and made the exhaust sound meaner.

Chips and programmers really give you a noticable difference if you already have some mods done to your car because it will maximize their performance vs. a bone stock car.

like someone else said, its all in what you have done the car. "most" people wait till they have done big mods, ie heads, cams, blower, nitrous, etc...

One what? If you meant a tuner/chip there are tuners and chips out there for almost any year mustang. You've just gotta look around at different part sites on the internet or flip through some magazines. They're out there.
