Well the nittos last longer and get great grip, but the bfg's are a bit better as traction goes.(275/40/17)

If you like to change your tires as often as your oil, get the BFG's. I have Nitto's on the back now and they seem to hook decent. I haven't got them hot yet and gave it a shot though.

i've had both nittos and the bfg's, and my vote is for the bfg's. granted they don't last long, but they are great in the rain and at the track. i was pulling 1.71 60's with the BFG's. actually, the only reason they didn't last long was due to burnouts at the track. i think i only had them for 5 months before they got too bad...

i agree with you %100 on drs. the only reason i stuck with them is becuase i didn't have the money to buy another set of rims. i would spin the drs on the rim almost every pass... this season, i will be runnin some "whos your dady slicks"

I got v6 rims 15x7 with me et drags 26x10... total cost for everything out the door was $320... bout the same cost as drag radials

PS - I run Nitto's on the street... so far I've got 10k miles on them... done some hellacious burnouts on the street... one where I was throwing up chunks of rubber... and add to that probably 200 runs at the track. Their practiacally treadless now except for around the edges, but until I see cords Im not getting anymore

oh I just wanna add that my best two 60's were 1.76 & 1.78 on Nitto's... but they were very inconsistant... one run it'd be a 1.91 the next it'd be a 1.81.... much better than stock but no where near what kind of traction you'd get out of a BFG or MT drag radial, although the later two wont usually last but like 3000 miles. For a car that sees mostly street time I'd think the Nitto's would be the better choice financially.
