So I installed a electric pump and fuel pressure reg. on my car.....but when I try to set the pressure it only goes down to 17 psi it is a 4.5 to 9.0 psi reg. .......the guy at the speed shop said I need two regs. inline to bring the pressure of the pump down........anyone heard of this or is the reg. bad.......the pump pushes 60 psi at the outlet....this is a carb. car
