new old car what mods first???
i just bought a 86 5.0 im new to modding cars so im curious what to do first engine wise i already have pipes and pullys where should i go from there any input please

get a 5.0 from an '87-'95....they don't have flat top pistons and you don't have to worry about piston to valve clearance when you do a cam or heads.

what gears a guy i was talking to tonight said a 4 10 but i was thinking that might be a little high or is it?

4.10s are good to get you up to top end quicker. gas milage will suffer on the highway, but acceleration will be better.

indulge yourself. get a supercharger. that'd be a great first mod.
