Ok i have a quick question. I have saleen rims, size 18x9 in front, and 18x10 in back. What size tires do i get for these. Also can i buy the same size for the back as i would for the front?

 

I have 18x9 up front and 18x10.5 out back. Front tires are 265/40/18 backs are 285/35/18. But you could fit 265/40/18's all around if you want

 

I dont know how close the offset is on the 18's to 19's

However the PJ runs 19x9F and 19x10R both with 285/35R19.
This leads me to believe that 285/40R18 Front and Rear should be doable if the offsets are the same.
