Default BBK or MAC?

I'm gonna be ordering a cold air intake tomorrow, and i've narrowed it down to either a BBK or a MAC CAI. I just wanted to see which kind ya'll thought would be the better one of the two. They both have the same appearance and see to be the same performance wise. Which would ya'll recommend? Thanx.

I would have to say go with BBK if either of the two but I would recommend you look into www.tunableinduction.com Those are the best on the market right now.

yeah, get the BBK. The only difference is MAC's pipes are plain chrome, while the BBK one has their logo on it.

Chrome looks good but gets very hot...Hot defeats the idea of cold air induction.

Plastic kits are your best bet.

Thanx guys. I know the chrome finish cai will get hotter than the plastic ones, but i wanna dress it up under the hood a little bit. Since the chrome finished ones are aluminum w/ just a chrome finish, it shouldn't get too hot should it?

Yes it will. Very how. Hot air isnt dense. Air that is not dense doesnt provide good performence. Bad performance means you lose. When you lose... then you're a loser. Yeah, thats how it goes. [&:]
