Default Bills > Upgrade?

Well just by lookin at the title of this post it should be a no-brainer, but let me explain the situaition.
Usually i keep tight on my finances and keep whatever cash i have left over towards bills, but this time i was able to do really well an have more than i expected ($1k yay me). So my stuff is well covered even if somethin happens. Im goin to school and gettin money from my GI bill which has been helpin a lot.
So should i keep the extra cash jus in case X or go for the upgrade (3:73 gears)? And if i do go with the upgrade do it after winter? This will be MY first upgrade to meh baby an i kinda really wanna do it.

What do ya'll think?

I would normally say to keep the money until you have enough to cover your expenses in case of an unforseen circumstance but sometimes you have to reward yourself.
Go ahead and get the gears.

gears really arent all that expensive to buy and have installed. you will still have plenty of that 1k after everything is said and done. i say go for it.

Sweet!! i just needed a bit of a nudge....considering im always cautious about "in case s***"

Anyone have any recommended brands to go with? Or are gears they the same quality anywhere?......should i even consider doing the install myself?

Thanks for taking the time to reply guys [sm=happy046.gif]
