I just bought a 96 GT convertible that had been wrecked. I need to put new axles in and have found a pair from a 2000 GT. Does anyone know if these will work? not sure if the 96 has 28 or 31 spline.
If i'm not mistaken the 96 rear is a 8.8 solid axle and the 2000 is a Indipentent rear. If so than they wont work unless the 96 had a newer rear modified to fit in it.
