I ran a 14.2@100 before 4.10s and Auburn Diff. What can I expect after with and without MT ET streets.

Well I went from a 13.5 to a 13.0 with my 4.10's and drag radials. With ET Streets you should see even better times.

how many rpm,s would you say the diffrence would be between 3.73s and 4.10s with a auto

the trans don't matter, it's the rear gears that determine the final engine rpm. if the car pulls 2,000 rpms with a 3.73 rear, then it will pull about 2,200 rpm with a 4.10 gear at the same road speed.
