FRPP really arent more expensive than motives. motive has a cheap set of gears and performance gears (the cheaper gears are like 130, the performance are 170+). the difference i dont know, perhaps stronger metal for more powerful cars. motive makes or not too long ago made FRPP gears. both are good quality you will be fine with either company. if you are going with 373's or 410's may as well just go with FRPP, but if you want a different ratio then get motives cuz ford only makes those 2 ratios.

ford has to jack up their prices to steal from their customers. That's what ford does.

Motive now makes gears for Ford.
Motives have a different backcut design over the FRPP's but they are equally as strong.
Most people complain with whining becuase they set the motives up using Ford measurements.
Its all in the install.
Both gears are a good choice.
