I don't think it will. I searched 351 bolts to what transmission and there were several sites listed that may help.

yeah, i'm thinkin.. get a more "steady" source of income and save up a couple grand.
but until then.
my stang will remain v6 :P i'm happy w/ it.. it's got all the Get up and Go that i need
