yeah i have the stock bottom end, the stock bottom end will hold up fine, just like the stock bottom end in a newer 4.6 gt will hold up with some boost. just dont go crazy with the boost. you lower end will hold to 400hp pretty easy. just get it tuned good. if you have a blower and heads and intake the stock cam will be fine with the stock lower end. youll get up around 400 hp with the stock cam and some 1.7 rockers and the blower and good heads.

 

isnt 400 hp pushing it thought? like it could split at anytime?
