Default Washington emission testing

Fellas, was doing some research on the emission control laws of Washington. It states that anything 25 years old and newer, up to 5 years old requires testing. I really like the 92-93 notchbacks. How do you guys get around emission testing with big HP?

I was thinking about that. I saw that the state has a list of zip codes that require testing. I could get a PO Box in a zip code that isnt on the list. What do you do, have the mail forwarded to your home address?
