i have hid foglights and every now and then when i turn them on the passenger one wont come on, ihave to turn it off then back on and it comes on fine, what could be causing this and whats a fix? i was told that its because you dont have a relay for the fog lights like you do on the headlights when you put an hid kit in. somebody told me to put a step bigger fuse, so go from a 20 amp fuse to a 25, would that actually help or hurt? then another person said that could cause something to burn up. need more info.

 

Either the ballast is going bad or the wiring to the ballast is going bad
