Default oil froth in cap

So here is the deal, I have a 2002Gt with 70k and no engine modifications (I recently pulled the rubber resistor off the stock air filter). I change the oil every 3k. Anyway, this is the second time that I have pulled the cap off and found a cream forth in the cap. The oil coming out looks normal and the car doesn't smoke or leak any fluids. The only fluid I have had to add has been a half quart of power steering in 5 years. Nothing else seems to be out of the norm, I just took a 1600 mile trip last month and the car ran perfect (30mpg on a few of the tanks running average of 70mph). Kind of at a loss of what would be causing this. I am close to needing to change general fluids, but nothing that would be causing this. Thanks for the help
