Default Fuel pump size

i saw stang's post before and it showed how much each pump can hold and i would prob just go with the 190 but why wouldnt i just get 255lph just so i have incase of future mods like a blower or something?

a 190 is over twice as large as the stock 88, so unless you really really need it, I don't think a 255 lph pump is necessary right now. stock is good for around 300 HP, so do you really need a larger one?????

yeah im making around 300 now and im going to be adding a bigger throttle body, intake manifolds and possibly a 100 shot of nos

for spray get a 255 and be done with it. its what only a few dollars more and its there if you ever need it

u could do the 255lph for the Nitrous but IMO the 190lph should hold the juice and be good for driving around too. The 255lph might be a bit much if ur driving ur ride during the week. For the most part, i always think that ppl tend to go overboard with stuff like fuel pumps and injectors and stuff. (Get this one!)

my 87 has close to 440hp with a 190lph pump with a regulator in line to juce down the psi for the 750 holley i have never had a problem ,but i dont nos either

A stock 95 5.0 fuel pump is 110 lph not 88 lph.
