Default ET streets?

hey guys whats up [8D]

spring weather is right around the corner and the need for new tires is also quickly approaching.

but heres the deal, i wrecked my front end but had it fixed a little while ago as some of you know, so they replaced both my front tires with some brand new z rated tires, so basically i'm all set with the front tires and need to consider options for the rear.

i'm basically looking for the best and most cost efficent solution here, i'm considering buying some draglites wrapped in maybe some et streets or something of that nature? or whatever the tire is thats basically a slick with like three lines of tread.

the reason i'm considering this idea is cause its almost in every case cheaper than getting some quality DR's isnt it?

so i guess my question for you guys is what your opinion is on whether i should get some et streets on some welds, or if i should just wrap my stock wheels in some drag radials?

i like the look of the draglites, so i'm leaning towards that option, and i could just save up a little bit more money and get the matching rims for the front, only one thing that would take this option out would be the legality of wearing et streets on your car? tread laws? something like that?

i'll just add that i recently got some 4.10's installed so that before giving your opinions or advice you could take that into consideration.

thanks for your time

et streets are afraid of water. with any water youll sping like crazy. Drs arent as bad but in rain they also suck..leave those style tires for the street/strip cars and not for DDs

Well, ET Streets require tubes.
Theyre a VERY soft tire, and will wear quickly.
Rear end will WOBBLE at high speeds, and they suck ***** in the slightest of misty dewness.

They're DOT legal or whatnot, but definatly not for a daily driver.

Try looking into the ET Street RADIALS tho
Hear those are supposed to be amazing, possibly going to be my next "street" tire.
That or BFG DR's
