Help With Power Locks!!

The other night when I got home I used my remote and locked my 1996 mustang. It worked fine until the next morning I went to leave and unlock my car but it didn't unclock. So I used the key but the switch didn't work. No fuses are blown but now the lock works but no unlock and still no remote function. I already changed the batteries, but no good. has anyone had this problem or know anything about it?

Can you use the power lock switches on the inside of the car? Or will it only unlock with the key? If the door lock switches dont work either, it could be a short in the switch.

The remote may have just gone bad. I would try reprogramming it and see if that changes anything. If not then you can get a new one on Ebay for like 10 bucks.
