I need to replace a pre cat o2 sensor on bank one where will it be located?

this does not make sence . the cat's came out around 1970's EFI came out in the 80"s if you are talking right bank you got MP EFI 1986 and up. the H-pipe yo got is aftermarket . the EFI wont work withh out the O2 sensor you should have at least 2 and they are right behind the headder

Right bank is passsanger side

thare is no such thing as pre cat EFI gasoline engin

i think he means pre cat as in , in front of the cat....

the 02 sensors are the only things with electrical wires on your exhaust....

i meant before the cat i jacked up the car and found out it WASN"T plugged in, but the code is still coming up. it says heater circuit malfunction o2 sensor bank one

drive the car for a few minutes and let the computer re-learn conditions with the 02 plugged in....

i did i drove around the block came home turn it off turned it on it came back on, i went to advanced auto to get it checked and he cleared it then i turned it on drove like 2 minutes turned it off and the code came back

have you tried new o2's yet.... if you switch one out, might as well swap out the other one so you dont have to worry about it later.....

i havent replaced the o2 yet it is in a tight *** spot i have one universal one that i am putting in i am waiting for the engine to cool
