Hey guys, i was thinkin about getting underdrive pulleys..is that a good investment for $100?? also i was thinkin about getting 3:73 gears..how big of a difference will i feel with these two mods??

 

pulleys you wont really feel anything, gears alot just search

 

definitely get the gears. and wait on the underdrive pulley's. save and spend the money else where

You'll notice the gears alot more than the underdrive pullies. Get the gears first.

 

Pullies won't get you much,, butprobablymore than an aftermarket CAI

What engine do you have? Tranny?

 

get the gears but save the 100 for the pullies and spend it elsewhere.

pullies are such a waste of cash.

 

yea i just put put gears in mine....makes a hella difference

 

umm i have the 4.6 L engine and the stock tranny that comes with it...well the 5 speed manual tranny

 

Underdrive pullies could give you an extra 5 hp, maybe almost 10hp and every little bit adds up. Get 5hp from pullies, 2-3 hp from a CAI or just open up your factory air intake, 10-15 hp from exhaust upgrades.. do all that and you might grab 25-30 extrahp & it's all stuff you can do yourself.
