Steeda always makesgood product, or the B&M short throws or maybe Pro 5.0, I haven't heard any negative about any of them

MGW ftw!

umm what a question to ask... it's a personal preference. i decided on the mgw and love it, but have nothing to compare it to.
i don't think very many people here tried a lot of different shifters. maybe i'll buy another one this summer just to compare them (waste of money, i know, but i am curious)

Pro 5.0 is a brand name that sells shifters that will fit an 02 GT, I don't know whether it has the t-5 or the t-45 but I bet they sell a shifter to fit it. A guy I go school with had a Steeda Tri-ax in his 93 GT and he loved it

I have a hurst and love it, but haven't felt any of the others. It's probably going to be more of a personal choice between the ones listed above. I don't think you're going to lose choosing from those.
