Fuel system trouble

When I turnthe key on(engine not running) in my 96 GT, the fuel pump used to prime and then shut off after 2 seconds. Now, I turn the key on and the pump stays running. Anyone know what this could be?

I had an f-150 do that, only it would even stay running when I took the key out. Relay was the issue.
