It does itwhile the clutch is depressed.. but if I press the clutch in or just simply rest my foot on it it goes away. could the cluch cable be too loose??? what do you guys think??? Thanks

There should be a little preload on the throwout bearing. If the cable is loose the fork may rattle or maybe the diaphram fingers are lightly grazing the throwout bearing.

I had a simialar issue, sounded like a bird chirping in my trany but when i rested my foot on clutch it stopped. It was the throwout bearing. See the fork moves the bearing thats what depresses the clutch, well the bearing spit and it wasnt being drawn back from the clutch when i released the clutch,so it rattled around. So replace bearing for sure also a wise investment would be a heavy duty throwout retainer, for smoother more realiable clutch action. After abuse the stock one will pit and the bearing will hang up thats how they break. Most likey your case.
