Default 06 Fender Conversion/Replacement

Due to a recent accident (see my post about the H2 damage) I'm thinking about doing one of the following:

1. Buy a replacement fender (front - passenger side) and have it painted and installed by a local body shop.
2. Buy 2 new fenders (fiberglass or metal) and have them painted and installed by a local body shop.

My questions to my fellow members are as follows:

Does anyone have pics of aftermarket fenders installed on their rides?
Any suggestions of where to browse/purchase aftermarket fenders from?
Once painted, is it possible for me to install the replacement (or new ones) myself?

Thanks for whatever help you can throw my way!

After a fender is painted installing it is easy. All youneed is basic handtools and it requires almost no mechanical skill. The hardest part is getting it aligned right.
