Default Vehicle storage

Any advice on vehicle storage out there. I will have to store my car in the garage for 14 months and wanted to know thoughts on jack stands or not. Also should I lay a tarp down over the concrete floor. Thanks

Jackstands will keep the tire from flat spotting!

For +1 year storage you'll want to add fuel stabilazer to the gas and fill the tank FULL to prevent condensation. And yes use jackstands to get the tires off the ground.

Is the garage weather tight?

Some would suggest removing the battery, others would suggest leaving the battery in and starting the car up about once per month for at LEAST 15 minutes. Personally I'd suggest pulling the battery out.

Change the oil before storage, perhaps flush the cooling system as well if that hasn't been done in a while.

Yada yada &a bunch of other to-do's

Coat your engine bay witha can of wd40 will cut down on rust. Probably wouldnt be a bad idea to spray around under the car as well if its gonna be on jack stands.
