on my 90 gt, you cant see the pipes they dump down right before the bumper, i noticed another gt on my block had visible pipes, what do i need to make mine visible

A previous owner must have changed the exhaust to something aftermarket.. you'd have to cut off the turned-down pipes an replace them with straight pipes.
