320 RWHP is gonna take a fair bit of work. Depending on which transmission you have, you've got about 240rwhp now.

Full bolt-ons i BELIEVE gets you to AROUND 275....that's: gears, cai, tuner, headers, mid pipe, tb/plenum....i think i'm missing something.

anyone else know for sure?

i think that he is looking for 320fwhp, not at the wheels. since he is comparing it to the 300hp of the s197's which is rated at the flywheel. so with full bolt ons you can get about 320hp from the motor, but that will end up at around 275rwhp

Stock mach 1's put out between 320-335bhp and345-360btorque from all the dyno's I've seen. Just a little fyi . They come with 3.55 gears too. And I think you would be putting a lot of money into the motor with bolt-ons to get up to 320-335bhp, I'd look into a supercharger or heads/cam and maybe intakeif I wereyou. Just my 2 cents.

Not even close. Mach 1's put down about 260 - 275 rwhp stock. Gears, tune, and full bolt on's could beat a fairly stock Mach 1.
