I am installing a 302 out of a ford explorer and I am running the new fuel line to the fuel cell

My question is I got the fitting from summit but I dont know which one is the return and pressure line

one of the hoses that connect to the fuel rail is about a1/2" diameter fitting and the other is about 3/8

unfortunatly when I got the parts I rushed and opened all the packages and did not pay attention to which one is the return and which one was the pressure
