Default Good Deal or not?

I am going on Monday to go buy this car. What you guys think? 5,000 with the black saleen rims. Heres some pics http://www.cardomain.com/id/tariks95. Below is the ad the guy posted with the info on it.

This is a 1995 Ford Mustang GT 5.0, 5-speed with 125k miles on the body and 75k on the motor. My car used to have a built motor and a supercharger pushing over 450rwhp, but that motor was pulled, the supercharger and all parts were sold, and a stock motor was put in it's place. I still have the forged/built block and will be willing to sell it as well (details below). I have had this car since 2003 and have had a lot of fun in it, but have to sell it so that I can fix the built motor in my 500HP 2002 GT.

PERFORMANCE UPGRADES:
Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers
Pro 5.0 Short Shifter
Motorsport 3.73 Gears
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Walbro 255 In Tank Fuel Pump
Ford Motorsport Aluminum DriveShaft
Cold Air intake. EXTERIOR:
Stock Black Tail Lights
Black Mustang GT rear bumper decals INTERIOR:
Black Interior,
Sparco Tourino Seats - Grey (Still new condition - Worth $1,200)
Leather Rear Seats. SUSPENSION UPGRADES:
Koni Front coil-overs,
Koni Yellow adjustable shocks (front)
AGX adjustable gas shocks (rear)
Maxim Motorsport sub-frame connectors
Maxim Motorsport lower controls arms
Maxim Motorsport Castor Camber plates
Fenders rolled to fit wider tires. The car was professionally aligned for aggressive handling and it HANDLES very well. It will hang with the best of them at the autocross track (as long as the tires are good). This is not your typical suspension setup. OTHER:
Keyless entry and alarm with proximity sensor. If you leave your windows down and a someone reaches inside, the alarm will go off. NEW PARTS:
Heater Core
Temperature Sensors
Cooling Fan
Thermostat
Battery
Used motor with 75k miles.18" Black Powder Coated Saleen Wheels - (18"x9" & 18"x10") IT NEEDS:
A/C Recharge
Stereo
There are rock and tool chips all over the front of the car, so it could probably use a new paint job (at least front).
