I'm wondering if anybody out there has a clue as to where a fuseable link for the EEC relay its a black and orange wire, it's supposed to have constant voltage at the relay but i have nothing and this wire is hooked to that link. I need to find this link and replace it if it's bad. Is it in the dashboard??? out in the engine bay??? This is an 86GT

I believe that it comes off the starter relay, but I've been wrong before.
