Well i'm tring to upload pics and it keeps saying format to big to upload. is tere something i'm doing wrong or do i need some type of program to reduce format size.

 

Where are you trying to upload pics? Your sig will have a size limit if your trying to upload them there, but you can upload any size pic into a reply or regular thread. If your trying to put it in your sig, your gonna have to resize it smaller for it to work.
