Default HID problems!

A couple days ago I installed HID's in my mustang but im having some problems. I have 8000k color temperature H13 bulb's. They come on fine but when I start driving they flicker badly at times. Is there a way to fix this problem? Or is it because of all my mods that this happens? Any help would be appreciated.

I got the kit on ebay. The brand is Velocitygetter. They come on fine when the car is off but when I turn on the car and start going they flicker. Do you think a capacitor would help?

Sounds like a loose connection maybe?

its weird they are fine when the car is off but when I turn it on and start driving they flicker and sometimes just shut off all together.

well me and my friends figured out the problem it turns out the HID's were not getting enough battery power when the stang was on. So we had to put in some relay's and new wiring and now it works fine. Also it turns out this happens a lot with HID's in the mustang so just a warning to anyone who is thinking about putting in HID's.

Generally, factory headlight wiring on domestic cars isn't designed for the power draw of HIDs, so you usually want to run power directly from the battery or upgrade the wiring harness, which you did.
