Default AOD can hold ?

With the mods that you see below, will this trans with a stall and a shift kit hold up?
What will a near stock aod tranny hold for power, as im thinking of swapping the T-5 out for an auto.

don't really know the max stock rating for an AOD, but they were made to handle the 300 ft-lb torque the stock 5.0 engine makes and you're looking at an additional 100 ft-lb, so I would think an upgrade of the internal parts would be wise. The weak link in the AOD is the hollow input shaft but you can get solid ones to replace it but you will lose the lock-up feature with the torque converter.
