Hey all,

Have to replace my front bumper and drivers fender. Have the parts and was ready to do it, when i read in my shop manual that I will have to drill out several Rivets. Of course this means replacing later.

I have checked online (none), CJ Pony had some for sale $3 each!!!

Anyone know of where to find them, know how many for a 1994 Mustang, is there a crossover to what I can get at home depot?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you need the rivets. Mine hasn't had them for years because the bumper was taken off a while ago to be repainted.

 

I drilled out the rivets on the front bumper to put on the Saleen front, and to put it back together I put a plate of metal below the tabs where the rivets attached, and drilled some screws thru the bumper tabs, mounting tabs, and the metal plates. Theyre not going anywhere.

 

+1 for using screws to re-install the bumper.
