Default does anyone know about this shifter

in this video, this guy has got what i think the most bad-*** shifter that i have ever...but i have searched the far reaches of google, but still dont know anything about it i want to get one for my car....but i have no idea what to look for!!! if you know anything about the shifter, plz feel free to share, i would be delighted

It reminds me of a shifter like they have in NHRA prostock cars! Probably a B & M of some kind!!!
