1990 GT strange instrument panel problems
I'm hoping someone can help me with a strange problem.
When the key is in the ON position, only the battery light and seat belt light illuminate.
Then when the key is turned to START position, all the other lights come on.
Without the engine light working correctly it will not pass smog. I have already
changed the ignition switch.
Has anyone got an idea how to fix this?
