If Know one else knows then Ill tell you Fords market share is less then 20% in the US its well over 65% in Europe the Jaguar XJ used a 4.9 Basically ford design in its models buy these motor mounts fan radiator BOOM converstion all Jags use a T-5 or T-56. Basically you have an Odd Ball swap why would you do it i dont know , Why to people with Ford T-Buckets put chevy motors in them?</P>

i know the 300 is a 4.9, but so is a 302 and thats a "5.0". and dont even get all crazy on me, it was just a suggestion and i know why they call the 302 a 5.0 (or what ive heard here) so i dont need a lecture on that either.

The discusion was about the 5.0L six well if know one else knows the XJ heads where dual overhaed cam and ran of the same ford block the only reson I can think of to swap No Lecture Just Uncommon Knowladge about Jag and ford engines.....</P>
