Default COBRA IS HESITATING!!!

so my friend has a 97 cobra with 123,000 miles on it....ok so when he drives it "normally" its fine...but if he decides to floor it the car hesitates!.....last year he changed the fuel filter and fuel pump, this morning he changed the spark plugs to bosh platinum....and i dont know how long he has had his accel coils and ford racing wires....can the problem be any of the things i just mentioned mel functioning...or is it something i just dont know bout....please help...thanx...

Your gonna have to be a little more specific by "hesitates." He might just be noticing the normal American V8 hesitation; they take a second to rev. up to power.

+1 usually normal. My buddies 98 does the samething. Fill up with a full tank of 93 octane v-power from shell. Might help a lil. If all else fails tell your buddy to just buy a twin screw. No hesitation with that lol
