Default high/low compression pistons

lets say you have your car tuned for standard compession pistons. Can you just add dished(lowcompression) pistons with out anything else to go to a low compression set up suitable for a turbo? I plan to run N/A tuned for best quarter time with that set up and then add a turbo and dished heads. Will it be just that simple or will I need more mods to get it to work?

how much boost are you going to run? you should be able to run 15psi-ish with the stock pistons. if your going to be running a ton of boost you well defenitely have to upgrade the fuel system

no way! 9 psi is about the most you want to go on a stock motor. after that you will start lifting heads and blowing head gaskets. even with 9 psi you will need to upgrade your fuel system. (pump, injectors, fpr)
