Angry My Dog Ate them!!!

Hey everyone! I'm new to this and I was hoping I could Get some help. My dog literally ate all of my seatbelt receivers in my 2002 mustang. The only person that can buckle up in my car is the driver. Can anyone help me out on getting used ones or even low priced new ones?
Thanks

The dog may have problems if not, like blockage or cutting his internal track. The vet may even prescribe a laxitive for the dog.
