hey,i have a 2000 mustang gt convertible,my abs light went on and its making a noise on the passenger side front wheel,its pretty loud and goes away when im pressing on the brake,anybody know how i can fix this problem??i would really appreciate the help,thanks

 

Sounds like you may be due to replace brake pads. Pull wheels and see what's left of pads.

 

I agree with step....but either way your gonna have to take the wheel off and look in there to find out for sure. If you have no idea what your lookin at than remove the wheel and take a few pics and post em.

ok,i took my wheel off and i found that the abs wire was cut in half,and the thing that was making all that noise was the rim hitting the clip that holds the wire,i bent the clip back a little bit and the noise is gone,which is good because it was annoying,but now the problem is,how do i change the abs wire?do you guys know how i can change it and where to buy the part at?kragen or auto zone hopefully?let me know and here are some pictures that i took.thanks[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]
