Preferred oil?
I'm changing my oil tomorrow and it got me wondering, what brand and weight do you guys use? Any reason?

I use Q Horsepower 5W-20. Well worth it in my opinon. It is full synthetic and designed for maximum performance whether you are just going to work, or going WOT.

Mobil 1 5W20
It's a quality oil that you can get for pretty cheap at Walmart. 5W20 because that is what Ford recommends and the car is not driven as a race car.

My dad and I have built engines since I was a kid, and we see Fords like Vavoline. I use their VR1 20w50 out here in California

Valvoline MaxLife Synthetic. I get it for free though, so I guess I'm biased.
