Dude your gonna have a pretty hard time with that seeing its not for your car thats for an 85 and down stang with an 7.5 rearend not a 8.8 which you have.I have a carrier for a 8.8 from a s351 for sale if your interested P.S. Your car comes with a limited slip rearend which is posi unless you wore it out doing one wheel peels

 

I'm pretty sure he has a V6 with a 7.5"....

 

ya i do have a 3.8 V6.
which is 7.5 i think. here is the diff tag.
so i know i will need to get other parts but will this fit my car and make it true posi? no one wheel peels.

I understand the confusion...your pic looks like a GT and I almost responded the same until I saw the quater mile time.....V6 is 7.5 inch ring gear...no posi.

and if it will, is that all i need? and if i want to make it 3.73 gears all i have to do is buy the new gear and pinion, or what else will i need. thanks again

 

that piece should fit, not sure what else you would need tho

 

Sorry man i thought you just couldnt drive looks like a gt from the back,you should be all set then with that peice looks to be all you need
