Default port and polish headers?????

I was talkign to someone with a civic and he said he ported and polished his headers. I have never heard of P&P the headers, sounds fishy. Just curious how much hp do u think that gave him.

Are you sure he didnt say head, and you misunderstood.......or maybe he payed someone to do it and called it header because he doesnt know much about cars...................I mean, he cant know much about cars since he bought a civic to mod instead of a Mustang, right?

With most stock headers you can port & polish them, because the walls are so thick. There is hardly any gain out of doing this.
