i have a gt that i recently upgraded the body kit therefore i have a front bumper available now my brother has a regular v6 mustang and he wants to put the gt bumper on the v6 is this going to be a perfect fit or do i have to modify the brackets he wants the bumper and grille

 

What year car? What's the GT bumper have on it the 6'r bumper doesnt?

 

they are both 09s and the only diffrence is the gt has the two fogs and the v6 doesnt i called a dealer parts department and they said you need brackets and all sorts of stuff to make it work i think thats bull but then again i dont know for sure and i dont want to buy a new bumper for my brother if i can use my old one for his

 

I don't see why this would be a problem, but have yet to work on an 09. You probably only need the fog lamp brackets and wiring if he wanted them to work.
